Beyond the Fire is a seven-part documentary series sharing stories of Australia’s unsung heroes as they band together to create life from the ashes after the Australian Black Summer Bushfire Crisis. Set against the stunning backdrop of Gippsland, each episode journeys through fire affected locations, connecting with local heroes to share courageous stories of overcoming heat, wind & flames.
It was an exciting week at Lakes Entrance Secondary College, who hosted their first ever health and wellbeing week this week. It was an opportunity for students learn about what services they can access to improve various areas of their mental health and wellbeing.
Jacqui wow’d the Crowd with her inspiring and tenacious attitude with a splash of humour. She talked about her experience as a triplet and how she grew up with enormous energy and the natural drive to always achieve. It was clear that her ‘never give up’ attitude was a key driver for all her success.
